Ardenbrite™ is a range of high quality, quick drying liquid metal paints that dry to a rich sheen finish and provide a unique and classical decorative coating. The product is suitable for both internal and external use on many substrates and is available in a wide range of traditional metallic colours.

Established in 1927, Ardenbrite™ has enjoyed a reputation as the finest metallic paint available. Ideal for the redecoration of theatres, churches, museums, civic buildings, hotels, restaurants, public houses etc., for props, artefacts, statues, emblems, lamps, vases, metal furniture, mirrors and more –  where a distinctive decorative effect is required. Suitable for use on metalwork, plaster, paper, wood, plastic, ceramic and previously painted and cementitious objects.

The fast drying formulation enables the system to be applied quickly with minimum disruption and provides an excellent alternative to traditional methods of gilding – the Sovereign Gold No. 8 is established as the only acceptable substitute for gold leaf and is easily applied – at a fraction of the price.
